Nestled along 220 linear feet of oceanfront on a 3+ acre site, the development pairs the iconic 1940 Lawrence Murray Dixon-designed Art Deco Raleigh Hotel with a newly constructed glass tower. Designed by renowned architects Peter Marino and Kobi Karp, the tower's façade showcases white columns and black mullions — prioritizing large windows to maximize light, air, and ocean vistas. Two- to five-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a world-class spa, multiple gourmet restaurants, the iconic Martini Bar (nodding to the hotel's golden era), and Rosewood concierge/housekeeping with global Rosewood privileges.
